Seedling 66-T. Parentage: ‘Maria Fairfax’ x ‘Mackinac Grand’ SEMI-DOUBLE TO FULL DOUBLE flower form. Early midseason flowering. Intensely lustrous, fairly large (16 cm, 6½ inch) silver-edged flowers of a dark pink verging on red. The somewhat flat guard petals have white flares with blurred edges. One bloom per stem, fully transformed, no carpels and no stamens. Fragrance insignificant. Slightly spreading 90 cm (36 inches) stems with medium-pointed leaflets way down. Highly floriferous. Considerable hybrid vigor. Luxurious plant presentation. Defines itself like its seed parent by a striking insistence on precise aesthetic symmetry.
