Parentage: Paeonia rockii x Paeonia lutea. First bloomed 2012, first propagated 2013. SINGLE flower form. Very pale yellow (RHS:18C), lightly washed with pink emanating from short purplish-red flares. One flower per stem, size 4½ inches (11.2 cm) with out-facing display. Petals rounded, lightly notched, 1⅝ inches in width (4.2 cm). Carpels, average of 4, light green (RHS:138D), sparsely hairy. Stigmas pink (RHS:58B). Pollen-bearing stamens. Filaments purplish red (RHS:58B), becoming light green towards the tips. Strong fragrance. No seeds. Sheath absent. Early foliage emerges green. Narrow upright growth, height to 31 inches (79 cm), support not needed. Drought and cold resistance when established.
